All courses at SystemCraft include:
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. (Please let us knowof any special catering requirements.)
A bound manual with step by step instructions and exercises.
A Certificate of Achievement.
Attendees are entitled to four weeks of telephone support up to the level of the course attended .
Underground secure parking is available.

Course Durations and times:
All courses run for one full day. Microsoft Application courses run from 9:30am to 5:00pm, and all others run from 9am to 5pm.

Payment Terms:
Courses must be paid in full before the course commencement date.

Confirmation:
We will confirm your booking by letter.Request to cancel or transfer a booking must be sent in writing, by mail or fax. You may cancel any time up to five working days prior to the course commencement date. Substitutions can be made up to the course starting date. The minimum number of participants to each course is 4. In the event of not reaching the minimum number of enrolments, Systemcraft reserves the right to re-schedule a date for the course to take place.
