We do provide free, limited phone support for regular clients. We try
to avoid small on site visits with this service, depending on the nature
of the problem. We are developing a comprehensive series of “Quick Fix
Notes” that we will fax to clients. Technical assistance is also provided
on our own web site and we will continually add to this knowledgebase.
Our notes can help clients carry out some repairs or “work-arounds” without
the necessity to request a service call, saving time and money. In many
hardware repair situations we do recommend to our clients that PCs and
other peripherals be sent to us. Some repairs can easily be carried out
in our office and will usually cost less, as only the total time spent
on the repair is charged, rather than the elapsed time to complete the
repair. Any courier costs will be passed on. |
