We have recently sent engineers to Apple training and are planning on becoming an Apple reseller shortly.
Our engineers have a combined total of over 100 years of experience in the IT industry and are trained in solutions from Microsoft, Red Hat, Novell, Cisco, Netbox, Thinpoint as well as hardware solutions and support services. We also have extensive experience and training in structured data cabling. Our engineers have considerable expertise with server operating systems ranging from all versions of Microsoft Windows Server, all versions of Novell NetWare, Novell SUSE, Red Hat and Unix. We have installed and support major solutions using the following products: Microsoft Exchange, NetLeverage Thinpoint and Desktra, Novell GroupWise, BorderManager and Zenworks, Dell Equallogic SAN storage solutions, Novell Cluster Services, VMWare and customised data replication and failover services for customers of all sizes and budgets.
SystemCraft has won industry awards for it's high quality and customer focussed services and is proud to boast strong customer relationships, many of whom we have served for over 15 or more years. In some cases, we have customers that commenced with us when they had as few as 4 or 5 staff and now have a presence in various states, with staff numbers well over 200 or more. They also have IT industry level training and accreditation, as well as graduate and post-graduation qualifications in a range of professional disciplines and have worked in small, medium and large corporations as well as state and federal government departments.
